Chris Mikilas spent 25 years as a full-time gym owner in the fitness industry. Throughout that career, he found a consistent outlet in landscaping and exterior projects, the kind of hands-on, outdoor work that's hard to fake and impossible to rush.
As he began to wind down his fitness career, he noticed something. Homes and commercial properties across the greater Eugene area were losing value, attention, and opportunity. Not because of anything inside, but because nobody was consistently taking care of the outside.
Properties prepping for sale. Commercial buildings trying to attract tenants. Rental units between residents. All of them could look incredible with the right attention. Most of them weren't getting it.
So Chris started Curb Appeal Co.. The idea was simple: help properties make a stronger first impression. Whether it's a listing about to hit the market or a commercial strip that needs to stay sharp every day. The outside of a property tells a story before anyone opens a door.
